It can also help to reduce cholesterol levels and strengthen bones due to its magnesium and phosphorus content.
Further research indicated that compounds found within English breakfast tea can improve memory function, reaction time and concentration. It may also reduce stress levels. The highest benefits for English breakfast tea are found when taken without any milk or sugar and at moderate doses, due to its caffeine content.
