Description: Burdock is traditionally known for its use as a detoxifier and purifier of the blood and the skin. It may help to remove toxins, including heavy metals, and other waste products, as well as infections. Its antiseptic properties aid with skin inflammation and infections, particularly boils, rashes and chronic skin conditions, such as acne and eczema. Even during systemic infections, such as measles, mumps or arthritic conditions it can help the body to rid itself of these infections.
Burdock has diuretic attributes that may help with kidney stones, gout and fevers , and potentially lower blood sugar levels.
