Once your order has been received you will receive confirmation of your order via email. Under normal circumstances we will ship your item within the next business day via Australia Post for delivery to your provided address with a tracking number. In some instances we may send your order by Express Post, however this will depend on the size and bulk of herbs. If you do not receive your item by a reasonable time then you should contact us.
We do our best to keep all products in stock that we advertise. All stock availability shown on our website is in accordance with our current stock levels.
If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product you have ordered within the stated time frame, we will let you know over the phone, or via SMS, or by contacting you via the email details you have provided at checkout time, to amend, cancel or put your order on back order as agreed at the time with you. If you choose to put your order on back order, we will keep you up to date on the progress of your order and contact you once the product is available.
